Black garlic is obtained through a controlled fermentation process conducted without the addition of preservatives, colorants, or other additives. Due to the natural variability of garlic as a raw material, minor differences in flavor, texture, and appearance may occur between batches. Such variations are inherent to the fermentation process and do not compromise the nutritional value, safety, or functional properties of the final product.
